Zuppa di Granchio con Pomodoro

- 2 granchi medi
- 1 spicchio di sedano
- Olio d’oliva
- Sale
- Pepe
- 1 Chipola bianca media
- Due pomodori freschi
- Un peperoncino
- Due spicchi d’aglio
- Mezzo dado knorr (pollo o pesce)
- 500 ml d’aqua
- Mezzo bicchierino di whisky (22 ml) (.75 oz)
- Pane tostato
- 8 olive nere
- Una manciata di capperi

Tagliate l’aglio e il peperoncino a tocchetti. Tagliate il sedano a rondelle. Mettere il tutto in un pentolone con dell’olio d’oliva e un po ‘di sale. Friggere per 5 minuti a fuoco medio alto. Poi aggiungi la cipolla tagliata a cubetti. Lasciar friggere per 7~8 minuti. Aggiungere 500 ml di acqua, con il dado, le olive e la manciata di capperi.

Quando il liquido comincia a bollire potete aggiungere i granchi. Quando aggiungete i granchi state attenti ad aggiungerli sotto sopra. Cuocete per 5 minuti e poi aggiungete il whisky. Cuocete per altri 10 minuti.
Servire la zuppa separatamente dal granchio con del pane tostato. Mangiare il granchio come secondo.
Nota: Assicurarsi che i granchi siano puliti. Granchi medi di 500 gr cuociono per 6-10 minuti. Granchi grandi di 1 kilo avranno bisogno di 15~20 minuti. Si deve mangiare il granchio entro 36 ore, perché la carne marcisce.

トマトとカニのスープ
- 中型のカニ2匹
- セロリ1本
- オリーブオイル
- 塩
- コショウ
- ミディアムホワイトオニオン1個
- フレッシュトマト2個
- チリ
- にんにく2片
- ハーフクノールキューブ(チキンまたはフィッシュ)
- 水500ml
- ウイスキーの1/2ショット(22 ml)(。75オンス)
- トーストしたパン
- ブラックオリーブ8個
- 一握りのケーパー

にんにくと唐辛子を細かく刻む。セロリをスライスします。オリーブオイルと少量の塩を入れた鍋にすべてを入れます。中火で5分炒める。次に、さいの目に切った玉ねぎを追加します。 7〜8分炒めます。キューブ、オリーブ、そして一握りのケーパーと一緒に500mlの水を加えます。
液体が沸騰し始めたら、カニを加えることができます。カニを追加するときは、逆さまに追加するように注意してください。 5分間調理してから、ウイスキーを追加します。さらに10分間調理します。

カニとは別に、トーストと一緒にスープを出します。カニをメインコースとして食べる。
注:カニがきれいであることを確認してください。中型のカニ500gを6〜10分煮ます。 1キロの大きなカニは15〜20分かかります。肉が腐るので、36時間以内にカニを食べなければなりません。

- 2 medium crabs (1pound)
- 1 clove of celery
- Olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- Chipola
- Two fresh tomatoes
- A chilli
- Two cloves of garlic
- Half knorr nut (chicken or fish)
- 16 oz of water
- 1/2 cup of whiskey (22 ml) (.75 oz)
- Toasted bread
- 8 black olives
- A handful of capers

Chop the garlic and chilli. Cut the celery into slices. Put everything in a pot with olive oil and a little salt. Fry for 5 minutes over medium high heat. Then add the diced onion. Let it fry for 7 ~ 8 minutes. Add 16 oz of water, with the knorr cube, the olives and the handful of capers.

When the liquid begins to boil you can add the crabs. When adding the crabs be careful to add them upside down. Cook for 5 minutes and then add the whiskey. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve the soup separately from the crab with toast. Eat the crab as a main course.
Note: Make sure the crabs are clean. 1 pound medium crabs cook for 6-10 minutes. 2 pound large crabs will need 15 ~ 20 minutes. You must eat the crab within 36 hours, because the meat rots.
