Spaghetti Neri
- Spaghetti Neri di Seppia, Circa 200 gr
- Seppioline e, o calamaretti, 100 gr
- Pomodoro 100 gr
- Basilico 25 gr
- Sale, e olio d’oliva
Tagliare a strisce le seppioline, circa 1 cm di spessore. Tagliare pomodoro a cubetti di 1 or 2 cm. Sminuzzare il basilico. Cuocere la pasta per un minuto di meno. Scottare le seppioline e il pomodoro per 5~7 minuti con sale e olio d’oliva. Aggiungere la pasta al sugo e mantecare finchè diventa più sugoso.
Nota: Questa ricetta va bene anche con pomodorini ciliegia. Non c’e bisogno di usare inchiostro nero di seppia per fare questa ricetta semplice. Se diventa appiccicoso, aggiungere olio d’oliva.

- イカスミスパゲッティ 約200グラム
- イカとイカ、100グラム
- トマト 100グラム
- バジル 25グラム
- 塩、オリーブオイル
イカは1cmくらいの厚さに切ります。トマトは1～2cm角に切ります。バジルをみじん切りにします。パスタを1分短めに茹でます。イカとトマトを塩とオリーブオイルで5〜7分間調理します。パスタをソースに加え、ソースが柔らかくなるまで強火でかき混ぜます。
注: このレシピはチェリートマトにも適しています。イカ墨を使わない簡単レシピです。ベタベタする場合はオリーブオイルを加えてください。

- Cuttlefish and, or squid, 4 oz
- Tomato 4 oz
- Basil 1 oz
- Salt, and olive oil
Cut the cuttlefish into strips, about 1 cm thick. Cut tomato into ½ inch or 1 inch cubes. Chop the basil. Cook the pasta for a minute less. Blanch the cuttlefish and tomato for 5~7 minutes with salt and olive oil. Add the pasta to the sauce and stir until it becomes juicier.
Note: This recipe also works well with cherry tomatoes. There is no need to use squid ink to make this simple recipe. If it becomes sticky, add olive oil.
