Polpettone Schiacciate Di Tonno
Non complicare eccessivamente il processo di preparazione del tortino


Avrete bisogno di:
- Mezzo cucchiaino di sale
- 1 scatola di Tonno
- 1 uovo
- ½ tazza di pangrattato o panko
- Olio d’oliva
- Pepe nero (facoltativo)


Scolare il tonno. Aggiungere l’uovo, il pangrattato, il tonno e il sale e schiacciare insieme. Forma delle polpette. Scaldare l’olio d’oliva a temperatura media in una padella. Far scorrere il tortino in padella e cuocere fino a doratura su un lato. Aggiungere il pepe durante la frittura. Capovolgere e dorare dall’altro lato.


Nota: il tortino si solidificherà una volta che sarà cotto. Non è necessario aggiungere altri ingredienti per farlo aderire. Se lo fai, perderai il gusto del tonno. Il tortino di tonno si sposa bene con coriandolo o prezzemolo. Puoi anche aggiungere questi elementi tritati nel tortino.
Puoi mangiare polpette di tonno con succo di limone, ketchup, senape o maionese. Vanno bene anche il contorno di cole slaw o cavolo con salsa barbecue.

Tuna Patty
Do not overcomplicate the patty making process
You only need:
- Half a teaspoon of Salt
- 1 can of Tuna
- 1 egg
- ½ cup of bread crumbs or panko
- Olive oil
- Black pepper (optional)

Drain tuna. Add egg, bread crumbs, tuna and salt and mash together. Form patty shapes. Heat olive oil at medium temperature in a pan. Slide patty into pan and cook until brown on one side. Add pepper while frying. Flip and brown on the other side.
Note: The patty will solidify once it is cooking. You do not need to add additional ingredients to make it stick together. If you do, you will lose the taste of the tuna. Tuna patty goes well with cilantro or parsley. You can also add these items chopped up in the patty.
You can eat tuna patties with lemon juice, ketchup, mustard, or mayonnaise. Side of cole slaw or cabbage with bbq sauce go well also.
