- Pepe mezzo cucchiaio
- Mezza Cipolla
- Carne Macinata 250 gr (bovina, suina o aves) 30% lardo
- Una goccia di mozzarella 50 gr
- Optional (vino bianco 50ml)

Accendere il forno a 210 C e lasciar a riscaldare. Tagliare a metà i peperoni. Rimuovere i semi e pulire i peperoni. Tagliare a fette la mozzarella, circa mezzo cm. Tagliare la cipolla a tocchetti. Mescolare la carne con sale e pepe (più vino). Riempire i peperoni con cipolla e poi la carne mescolata. Soprastare la fetta di mozzarella. Accartocciare intorno agli imbottiti la carta stagnola. Cuocere per circa 30 minuti o finché si abbrustolisce la mozzarella.
Nota: Optional anche, aggiungere uno strato di parmigiano.

オーブンを210℃に設定し、加熱するまで放置します。 ピーマンを半分に切ります。 種を取り除き、ピーマンをきれいにします。玉ねぎをみじん切りにします。 モッツァレラチーズを0.5cmほどの薄切りにします。 肉に塩、コショウ（ワインも加えて）を加えて混ぜます。 ピーマンに玉ねぎを詰めてから、混ぜた肉を詰めます。 その上にモッツァレラチーズのスライスを置きます。 ピーマンの周りにホイルを巻きます。約30分間、またはモッツァレラがトーストされるまで調理します。
注: これもオプションで、パルメザンチーズの層を追加します。

- Half a spoonful of pepper
- Minced meat 9 oz (beef, pork or bird) 30% lard
- A drop of mozzarella 2 oz
- Optional (white wine 2 oz)
- Tinfoil
Turn the oven on to 400 F and leave to heat up. Cut the peppers in half. Remove the seeds and clean the peppers. Cut the mozzarella into slices, about ¼ an inch thick. Chop the onion. Mix the meat with salt and pepper (plus wine). Fill the peppers with the onion first and then the mixed meat. Place the slice of mozzarella on top. Crumple the foil around the upholstery. Cook for about 30 minutes or until the mozzarella is toasted.
Note: Also optional, add a layer of parmesan.
