Pasta in sugo con carne macinata

Il ragù è complicato. Questo invece è una ricetta più semplice.
- Carne macinata grossolana: 50% manzo 50% maiale 400 gr
- Mezza Carota
- 3 Spicchi d’Aglio o una stecca di Sedano
- Mezza Cipolla Bianca o due scalogni
- Un barattolo di pomodoro passato o pomodoro a cubi
- Un cucchiaino di Sale,
- Mezzo cucchiaino pepe nero
- Mezzo cucchiaino peperoncino
- 4 cucchiai d’Olio d’oliva
- Un bicchiere di vino bianco secco.

Tagliate finemente la carota e l’aglio. Tagliate a listarelle/fette la cipolla. Aggiungere olio d’oliva, sale, pepe nero, peperoncino, e cipolla in una padella. Accendere il fuoco a medio e aggiungere la carota e l’aglio. Cuocere per 8 minuti e aggiungere la carne macinata e il vino. Cuocere altri 8 minuti e aggiungere il pomodoro. Cuocete a fuoco basso per 25 minuti o finché abbastanza liquido sia evaporato. Deve essere quasi asciutto.

Nota: Se usate solo manzo, la carne verrà troppo asciutta quindi aggiungete o burro o più olio d’oliva. Se usate solo maiale diventera oleoso, quindi aggiungere un po ‘di limone o aceto. Quando uso barattoli di pomodoro, mi assicuro che non ci sia nessun zucchero nella miscela.

にんじんとにんにくは細かく刻みます。タマネギを細かく切る/スライスする。鍋にオリーブオイル、塩、黒胡椒、唐辛子、玉ねぎを加えます。中火にかけ、にんじんとにんにくを加えます。 8分間調理し、牛ひき肉とワインを追加します。さらに8分間調理し、トマトを追加します。弱火で25分または十分な液体が蒸発するまで調理します。ほぼ乾いているはずです。
このソースをお好みのパスタに加えてください。
注:牛肉のみを使用する場合、肉は乾燥しすぎるため、バターまたはオリーブオイルを追加します。豚肉だけを使うと油っぽくなるので、レモンか酢を少し加えます。私がトマトの瓶を使うとき、私は混合物に砂糖がないことを確認します。

Pasta in sauce with minced meat
The ragù is complicated. This instead is a simpler recipe.
- Coarse minced meat: 50% beef 50% pork total of 14 oz
- Half a carrot
- 3 cloves of garlic or a stick of celery
- Half a white onion or two shallots
- A jar of pureed tomato or diced tomato
- A teaspoon of salt,
- Half a teaspoon black pepper
- Half a teaspoon of red pepper
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- A glass of dry white wine.

Finely chop the carrot and garlic. Cut the onion into strips / slices. Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, hot chili powder, and onion to a pan. Turn on the heat to medium and add the carrot and garlic. Cook for 8 minutes and add the ground beef and wine. Cook for another 8 minutes and add the tomato. Cook over low heat for 25 minutes or until enough liquid has evaporated. It must be almost dry.

Add this sauce to your favorite pasta.
Note: If you only use beef, the meat will be too dry so add either butter or more olive oil. If you only use pork it will get oily, so add a little lemon or vinegar. When I use tomato jars, I make sure there is no sugar in the mixture.
