Cremino di Avocado
- 3 spicchi di limone
- Mezza cipolla
- mezza o piccola Carota
- 1 stecca Sedano
- 1 avocado grande
- Panna o latticello denso
- Sale e pepe
- Cime di porro o cipollina
- Un fiocco di Basilico
- Pecorino Romano grattugiato
Pulite e tagliare a tocchi grandi la cipolla, carota e sedano. Far bollire a fuoco basso in due tazze d’acqua per circa 45 minuti. Pulire l’avocado e mettere in un miscelatore. Aggiungere succo di limone, sale, pepe e circa 200 ml di panna al miscelatore. Miscelare. Tagliare finemente la cima di porro e il basilico. Rimuove le verdure dal brodo. Aggiungere l’avocado miscelato al brodo. Riscaldare finché non comincia a bollire. Rimuovere dal fuoco subito e lasciala raffreddare. Mettere il cremino nel piatto e adornarlo con basilico, cime di porro e pecorino grattugiato.
Nota: Il piatto va bene con pane tostato. Si possono cambiare certi elementi come il pecorino con il parmigiano. Ad alcuni gli piace solo con il porro o il basilico. Si può raffreddare e mangiare anche dal frigo.

注：トーストしたパンとの相性も抜群です。ペコリーノの代わりにパルメザンチーズを使用するなど、特定の要素を変更することもできます。ネギやバジルだけを加えるのが好きな人もいます。冷蔵庫で冷やして食べることもできます。

Clean and cut the onion, carrot and celery into large pieces. Boil over low heat in two cups of water for about 45 minutes. Clean the avocado and place in a blender. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and about 200 ml of cream to the mixer. Mix. Finely cut the leek top and basil. Remove vegetables from broth. Add the blended avocado to the broth. Heat until it begins to boil. Remove from the heat immediately and let it cool. Place the cremino on the plate and decorate it with basil, leek tops and grated pecorino.
Note: The dish goes well with toasted bread. You can change certain elements such as pecorino with parmesan. Some like it just with leek or basil. You can cool it and eat it from the fridge too.
