
Carne Asada del Gambo (marinatura)
- Carne bovina 450 gr
- Spicchi d’Aglio 5x
- Mezzo limone
- Un ciuffo di prezzemolo
- Sale 1 cucchiaino
- Spezie di scelte (mexicano sarebbe chili mexicano, paprika)
Qualche volta, più semplice è, e meglio è.

La carne per l’asada deve essere almeno striata. Questo vuol dire che il taglio va contro la carne. Carne più dure, come il gambo, o la fascia dello stomaco sono ideali. Quando avete la bistecca, fate dei tagli lunghi contro la carne, ad intervalli di circa due cm. Tritare l’aglio e il prezzemolo. Aggiungere aglio, spezie, il succo di limone, sale e il prezzemolo tritato. Aggiungere la carne e mescolare bene. Lasciare a mollo almeno 30 minuti, meglio 24 ore. Cuocere sulla griglia.
Nota: Limone, aceto e vini possono ammorbidire la carne. E anche importante aggiungere il sale, che aiuta a digerire la carne, rendendolo morbido quando cotto.

- 選べるスパイス(チリメキシカーノ、パプリカ)

浅田肉は少なくとも筋があるはずです。これは、切り口が肉に逆らっていることを意味します。すね肉や筋膜などの硬い肉が最適です。ステーキを焼くときは、肉を2cmくらいの間隔で長めに切り込みます。ニンニクとパセリを細かく刻みます。ボウルにニンニク、スパイス、レモン汁、塩、みじん切りのパセリを加えます。肉を加えてよく混ぜます。少なくとも30分、できれば24時間浸したままにしておきます。グリルで調理します。
注: レモン、酢、ワインは肉を柔らかくする可能性があります。消化を助け、調理用に肉を柔らかくする塩を加えることも重要です。

The meat for asada must be at least streaked. This means that the cut goes against the meat. Tougher meats, such as shank, or fascia are ideal. When you have the steak, make long cuts against the meat, at intervals of about two cm. Chop the garlic and parsley. Add garlic, spices, lemon juice, salt and chopped parsley to a bowl. Add the meat and mix well. Leave to soak for at least 30 minutes, preferably 24 hours. Cook on the grill.
Note: Lemon, vinegar and wines can tenderize meat. It is also important to add salt, which helps digest the meat, making it soft when cooked.
