Arrosto di Agnello con Porro, 子羊のネギ焼き, Roast Lamb with Leek

Arrosto di Agnello con Porro

• 400 gr di agnello (coscia)
• 200 gr di porro
• 2~3 Spicchi d’aglio
• 4 cucchiai d’ Olio d’oliva
• Un cucchiaino Sale
• Un cucchiaino Pepe
• Un cucchiaino di Paprika
• Un Limone
• Un spiga di Rosmarino
• Mezzo bicchiere di Vino bianco

Tritare l’aglio.  Spremere il limone.  Mescolare, limone, aglio, paprika, pepe, sale e olio d’oliva.  Cospargere il tutto sull’agnello.  Tagliare il porro in rondelle di 2 cm.  Posare le rondelle nella ciotola per lunga cottura.  Aggiungere l’agnello sopra il porro.  Aggiungete poi il vino e il rosmarino.  Cuocere a fuoco basso per due ore con coperchio.  Rimuovere agnello e rosolare.  Rimuovere le rondelle di porro e usate i succhi rimasti per fare un sughetto per patate.

Nota: Questo piatto si fa molto spesso con le patate.

子羊のネギ焼き

• ラム肉（もも肉） 400グラム
• チャイブ 200 グラム
• にんにく 2～3片
• オリーブオイル 大さじ4
• 塩 小さじ1
• コショウ小さじ1
• パプリカ小さじ1
• レモン
• ローズマリーの小枝
• グラス半分の白ワイン

にんにくをみじん切りにします。レモンを絞る。レモン、にんにく、パプリカ、こしょう、塩、オリーブ オイルを混ぜます。子羊の上にすべてを振りかけます。青ねぎは2cm幅の輪切りにする。ネギをセラミックボウルに入れます。ネギの上に子羊を追加します。次に、ワインとローズマリーを加えます。蓋をしたまま弱火で2時間煮込みます。子羊と茶色を取り除きます。ネギのスライスを取り除き、残りのジュースを使用してポテトグレービーを作ります.

注: この料理は、ほとんどの場合、じゃがいもで作られます。

Roast Lamb with Leek

• 14 oz of lamb (leg)
• 7 oz of leek
• 2 ~ 3 Cloves of garlic
• 4 tablespoons of olive oil
• One teaspoon Salt
• One teaspoon Pepper
• A teaspoon of Paprika
• A Lemon
• A sprig of Rosemary
• Half a glass of white wine

Chop the garlic. Squeeze the lemon. Mix, lemon, garlic, paprika, pepper, salt and olive oil. Sprinkle everything on the lamb. Cut the leek into 1 inch  slices. Place the slices in the ceramic bowl for long cooking. Add the lamb over the leek. Then add the wine and rosemary. Cook over low heat for two hours with the lid on. Remove the lamb and brown. Remove the leek slices and use the remaining juices to make a gravy for potatoes.

Note: This dish is most often made with potatoes.
